Partnerships
Going into a partnership can be a rewarding and lucrative endeavor. Unfortunately, disputes between business partners do occur. We have represented individuals in a variety of disputes that arise in the course of operating a partnership, including breach of fiduciary duty and dissolution of the partnership.

When a dispute arises among the owners of a company or partnership which does not permit the owners to continue in business together, in many cases the law provides remedies enabling them to disengage from the business and go their separate ways. Disengagement from a closely held corporation, limited liability company or professional corporation or partnership may involve complex questions involving the rights and obligations between the owners and with respect to third parties.

We are experienced Business Law attorneys and we can, and will, help you and your partner(s) resolve your differences.
